    ↳ We have 100+ founders, but only 10+ are active in the beta, and just 10% book a call. Typically 2–4 hours per month including sessions and optional workshops. You control your availability through your calendar.

  3. Can founders book unlimited sessions?
    ↳ No. It’s limited to one 15-minute session per founder per month per advisor.

  4. What if a founder needs urgent or last-minute help?
    ↳ They can use their monthly session for that. Many use it for quick validation before shipping a GTM decision.

  5. What if a founder wants ongoing advising?
    ↳ If there’s strong mutual fit, you’re free to continue an external paid engagement outside Utopia. Utopia doesn’t take a cut.We just create the warm, structured starting point.

  6. Do I need to manage scheduling?
    ↳ No. You simply pass us your calendar link. Founders book directly.

  7. Am I required to host workshops?
    ↳ No. Workshops are optional. You can attend, or host one to showcase your specialization and thinking.
